Operations Manager - North, Central and Eastern Europe

The Group’s subsidiary in Heinenoord, in The Netherlands is considered as a center of excellence in the containers business unit.

Enthusiastic and dynamic team
Facilitating and advising NCEE-affiliated countries in encompassing technical modifications, transportation, installation, and service logistics.
Overseeing day-to-day operations at the Heinenoord site with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
Leadership role in managing a team of approximately 15 individuals covering administration, logistics, and technical aspects at the Heinenoord facility.
Serving as the primary liaison for the global/HQ Product Line Containers team, acting as a single point of contact.
Ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety requirements in all operational processes.
Conducting periodic reviews of existing business processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Proactively initiating and coordinating improvement projects aimed at elevating productivity and quality assurance.
Taking charge of operational and financial budget monitoring, conducting annual assessments with monthly reviews to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
Technical insight gained in the refrigeration solutions/refrigerated container market (knowledge of the container/ reefer/ refrigerated solutions industry: including the main players, market trends and the competitive environment)
Business acumen: knowledge of operations; increasing market orientation, enhancing customer experience, improving productivity, and growing margins
A strong proximity manager: workshop, office, depot containers as well as the Group
Proactive and dynamic personality with strong planning and organizational skills
Supportive, human-focused leadership/management style; someone who takes care of his/her team, constantly develops and motivate them
General financial skills and data analysis
Affinity with rental/leasing
Flexible personality who is good at stress management
Good communication skills (Dutch, English are a must, other European languages (e.g. French or German) are advantageous
