An international client based in Budapest is seeking a diligent and stress resilient HR Generalist to handle the following responsibilities covering multiple countries in Europe: 

• Contribute to developing and implementing human resources policies.
• Collaborate with HR Managers, HRBP, and the Center of Excellence to execute agreed-upon actions, processes, and communications.
• Serve as the initial contact point for employees and line managers regarding personnel and labor law queries.
• Oversee accurate reporting activities related to local personnel.
• Stay abreast of changes in local legislation, labor law, and market developments, reporting significant changes to the line manager.
• Manage HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and GDPR in HR systems
• Act as the primary liaison for external payroll services.
• Lead HR audit processes.
• Contribute to developing and implementing human resources policies.
• Maintain regular communication with employees to understand daily challenges and highlights.
• Participate in various regional projects.

Qualifications:

• Have 3+ years of experience in a comparable HR role.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification; additional HR training is advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills.
• Exhibit an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Showcase efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Possess a solid knowledge of local labor legislations in the assigned market unit.
