Diepeveen & Partners, on behalf of a prominent real estate developer, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead their operations in Luxembourg.

In Luxembourg, their reputation for excellence and commitment to environmental responsibility (ESG and Taxonomy) has thrived for over 30 years. Our Client was the first international developer entering the real estate market of Luxembourg of 1990. So far it has developed more than 250 000 sqm in Luxembourg.
Position: Country Manager - Luxembourg
Manage the company as a "Business unit" of the Group.
Propose and implement the company's development strategy.
Develop 5-year Business plans and P&L.
Represent Group values to authorities, local partners, and stakeholders.
Negotiate and coordinate service providers for effective project implementation.
Manage ongoing residential and office projects.
Initiate and develop new opportunities, securing long term presence on the local market
Present projects for approval by company decision-makers.
Lead project financing initiatives.
Provide reports to Group’s managerial level on market outlook and company activities.
Act as a single point of contact for the company with key persons of the Group.
Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and professional standards.
Identify and evaluate project risks and take action to control them.
Final check and approval of the company’s expenditures.
Higher education in engineering, business, and/or finance.
Double degree preferred.
Strong commercial acumen.
In-depth knowledge and network in Luxembourg's real estate market.
At least 10 years' experience in a comparable role.
Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Charismatic leader with excellent people and project management skills.
Capacity to distill complex information and prioritize effectively for clear presentation to top management.
