ABOUT THE ROLE
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing their joint business with a number of key retail and online customers in Hungary and reports to the Key Account Team Lead.
Sales strategy development and execution aiming at over-delivery of financial KPIs.
Relentless focus on continuous improvement of sales fundamentals: portfolio distribution, shelving, activation, and merchandising.
Maximize revenue growth behind impeccable new product launches.
Fully in charge of P&L.
Lead annual customer negotiations, align contractual elements with the utmost focus on ROI.
Sales budget management.
Strong work relation with other functions such as trade marketing, marketing, controlling, and supply with ultimate goal to best serve the interests of target shoppers through managed customer group
Poweful cooperation with the retail team in order to maximize level of in-store implementation vs customer HQ agreements.

For this role as a Key Account Manager, oue Client is looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Economic university or commercial college degree
3+ years of experience in account management
Logical, strategic thinking and great in analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passionate, open minded, and proactive personality
