Client Services Senior Accountant

📊 Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assess financial records, management insights, budget plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee the performance of external service providers, ensuring thorough oversight and follow-up.
• Acquire in-depth understanding of client structures, transactions, and tax frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to client reporting standards and manage meeting schedules and deliverables.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
• Familiarize oneself with diverse reporting frameworks such as IFRS, US GAAP, INREV, and LUX GAAP.
• Uphold deadlines for deliverables, including financial statements, reports, and tax declarations.
• Review outputs from team members, offering guidance and support where necessary.

🎓 Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics from a recognized university.
• Preferred minimum of 4 years' professional accounting experience, particularly in Big 4 firms or international financial services.
• Prior exposure to international Real Estate or Private Equity setups is beneficial.
• Proficiency in IFRS is essential, while experience with consolidated financial statements is advantageous.
• Exceptional English communication skills are required, with additional languages being a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working autonomously, handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and multitasking effectively.
