Responsibilities:

• Implement the marketing strategy in the CEE region, contributing to brand image creation and support Sales department.
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms.
• Execute email campaigns, SMS, and the internal newsletter.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
• Manage company profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn: PL, CEE, CZ, SK.

• Prepare promotional materials (e.g., brochures, leaflets, business cards, gifts for key clients).
• Co-organize business and automotive events (in PL and branches).
• Coordinate tenders for marketing materials & materials.
• Coordinate the company Magazine, including production of photo shoots, interviews, coordination of agency.
• Conduct sales copywriting (preparing materials to support sales activities and graphics).
• Ensure external materials comply with Corporate Identification standards.
• Maintain direct contact with dealers and importers regarding test vehicle coordination for the Sales department's clients.
• Coordinate cooperation with suppliers in terms of sponsorships and execution of offered services.
• Prepare monthly market reports, marketing expenses, marketing efficiency reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in online marketing and PPC campaigns.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics
