About the Company: Our Client is a rapidly growing servics company with a strong and stable background. They are now looking for a proactive and driven Senior Hunter Sales Professional to expand its client portfolio. This role is crucial for the company's ambitious growth plans and requires a self-starter with a passion for sales and business development as well as senior contacts at large corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging lead generation tools.
- Portfolio Building: Develop and manage a portfolio of clients from scratch, focusing on long-term leasing/fleet management services.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' needs and present tailored fleet management solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Utilize market analysis tools, including Eurotax statistics, to create sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the risk management team to ensure competitive and profitable residual value settings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in hunter sales.
- Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition.
- Strong network at large corporates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive
- Commission: paid per month.
- Annual Bonus: KPI-related, paid at year-end.
