We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Senior Account Manager to join a leading international industrial company. If you are passionate about technical sales and have a strong commercial mindset, this opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career.
In this technically-oriented sales position, you will help drive industrial business growth across Poland and the Baltic countries, commercializing innovative and sustainable solutions. You will work closely with the local sales team, marketing, and other European colleagues, using your technical knowledge to create real business impact from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales and market share among assigned customer portfolio, with a strong focus on key accounts.
- Utilize technical expertise to strengthen and expand customer relationships, building trust and ensuring long-term cooperation.
- Identify and commercialize new market opportunities by actively managing project-based potentials.
- Lead strategic technical business development initiatives with Trade Partners and major industrial manufacturers across Poland.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or economical field combined with at least 5 years of commercial experience, ideally within the railway, trailer, or ship manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and find win-win solutions, even in challenging situations.
- Strong communicator with the ability to connect across all levels of production organizations.
- Open-minded, proactive, and agile in handling technical challenges.
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, including Office 365 applications.
- Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Preferred home base: Central Poland (e.g., Warsaw, Łódź or surroundings) – Remote position.
