Regional HR Operations Lead
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Operations Lead to manage and support HR operations across multiple countries. This role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement and requires strong leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support local HR teams across the region
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR processes
- Act as a trusted partner to managers in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Execute HR projects and harmonization initiatives at the regional level
- Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities in an assigned country
- Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders on policy development and process alignment
- Maintain effective communication across countries and within the HR community
Requirements:
- University degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international setting
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-country teams
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment legislation, labour law
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with works councils or unions
- Proficiency in HR systems
