Sales Manager (Industrial)

Are you a commercially minded leader with a proven track record in sales strategy and team development? One of our international client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee their Industrial business across Poland and the Baltic countries. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, reporting into a European matrix structure and working closely with regional and global stakeholders.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading a cross-border sales team to achieve ambitious targets. The position requires a mix of strategic planning, operational execution, and people leadership, with direct impact on market performance and customer satisfaction across key distribution, converting, and end-user channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales growth and profitability across the assigned region and customer base
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with a focus on clear goals, field coaching, and continuous feedback
- Foster long-term customer partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business objectives, including pricing, product launches, and portfolio optimization
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools to support accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Demand Planning, Finance, and Customer Service to optimize the customer experience
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product innovation and commercial initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in industrial / technical sale, preferably in an international and matrix-led environment
- At least 3 years of experience managing and developing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and execution
- Fluent English and Polish are essential; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confident user of CRM and digital sales tools
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering value to customers and teams
