Assessment center
We have 17+ years’ experience in organising and conducting assessment centers. An assessment center is a recruitment selection process where a group of candidates is assessed at the same time and place using a wide range of selection exercises. These exercises depend on the specific job position that the candidates applied to. This method combines various situations and tasks that correspond with the competencies necessary to succeed in a specific position. An Assessment center is usually designed as a one-day program. The tasks can include a presentation on a given topic, role playing, group tasks or case studies. Psychometric testing is also an important part of the selection process. Our colleague Katalin Lányi has a pyschology degree and is an expert in analysing psychometric tests.
