Job Overview: The Risk Manager will be responsible for managing asset risks, including residual value, repair, maintenance, and tire risks. This role involves establishing and operating effective risk governance and management systems to ensure risks are well measured, monitored, reported, and managed. The Risk Manager will also define and execute risk mitigation actions to reduce risks and optimize income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement asset risk governance and risk measures.
• Manage residual value, repair, maintenance, and tire risks.
• Prepare risk reports to monitor performance and identify emerging risks or trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize potential losses and maximize performance.
• Improve existing risk management tools and methodologies.
• Develop solutions to optimize processes within the asset risk area.
• Independently prepare and develop analytical tools.
• Prepare data and ensure its quality for analysis and building analytical tools or statistical models.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks.
• Recommend remedial or mitigating actions to reduce asset risk.
• Prepare independent conclusions based on detailed data analysis and market benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, risk management, or financial analysis within the leasing or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
• Experience with market analysis and Eurotax statistics.
• Ability to work with large datasets and build quantitative models.
• Strong command of English.
