Backed by a strong parent company and boasting an excellent reputation, our client is on the lookout for a proactive and driven individual to join their team. This exciting role blends the art of farming existing accounts with the thrill of hunting for new business opportunities in the realm of fleet management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with approximately 150 existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring new sales opportunities.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of responsiveness.
- Monitor expiring contracts and facilitate renewals, demonstrating excellent account management skills.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, leveraging cutting-edge lead generation tools and your own network.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs, gathering necessary information for fleet management service offers.
- Utilize competitive supplier tendering and cost calculations to determine rental prices and prepare quotations for clients.
- Conduct credit checks, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Collaborate with the back office to hand over car fleet needs and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate in larger proposals, adhere to company regulations, and contribute to efficiency improvements.
Job Requirements:
- At least intermediate knowledge of English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of car fleet management experience in sales.
- At least 5 years of general sales experience.
- Proactive attitude with a can-do approach.
- Strong work ethic and persistence.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
